Tuff Times: Keep It Simple

Keep It Simple!

Getting started writing is harder for some than it is for others. Not everyone can sit down and crank out a novel before lunch. The easiest way to get started blogging is to follow the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) method.

Have fun and keep it simple, for example you may want to do a top ten list of what to do or not do in service, for a product or in a hobby. Or how about giving out a bit of advice based on your experience? For some of you a “Dear Abby” approach may make writing a bit easier. Or how about providing step by step instructions on how to build something, provide a service or marketing?

Taking real life experience and documenting it is not a new concept so there is no reason to make blogging something outrageously overly technical and out of reach. Blogging is a very simple way of providing information similarly to that of publishing a book but without the hassle of editors, printing and contract royalties. The best part is you reach your audience directly and get feedback from your loyal readers who then become your best customers!
