So I figure, better safe than sorry and I tear into it…

JUNK! I knew it, but then I realized something…

Either I received this piece of direct mail by coincidence or by simple yet brilliant marketing…

You see, my car registration is about to expire in a few months…

On certain years, in California you are required to do a smog check to comply with state standards…
